Day 5
2016106-%e6%b3%a1%e9%ba%b5%e5%8d%9a%e7%89%a9%e9%a4%a8_5085Our fifth day in Japan began with a delightful trip to the Momofuku Ando Instant Ramen Museum in Osaka, Japan.  Interestingly, instant ramen was founded in Ikeda, Osaka by Momofuku Ando, a Japanese businessman who was born in Puzi, Taiwan on March 5, 1910.  This successful, innovative entrepreneur later founded the Nissin Food Products Company.  At the interactive educational food museum, our Yoder students learned about the history and manufacturing of instant noodles and even created their own cup noodle, complete with an adorable souvenir bag.
